Olujimi Abatan is a leadership and organizational development professional with interests spanning human capital development, youth leadership, strategic administration, business development, and social impact initiatives.

He serves as the Strategic and Lead Consultant of the Global Empowerment & Mentoring Initiative (GLOEMI), where he provides strategic direction for leadership development, human capital advancement, youth empowerment, organizational growth, and nation-building programmes. In this capacity, he contributes to the design and implementation of transformational frameworks, capacity-building initiatives, and development programmes aimed at equipping individuals and institutions with the skills, values, and leadership competencies required for sustainable impact.

Olujimi also serves as the Business Development and Marketing Manager of Timeless Magazine, where he is responsible for strategic partnerships, business growth, corporate engagement, sponsorship development, marketing initiatives, and stakeholder relationship management. Through this role, he has contributed to expanding the magazine’s visibility, strengthening corporate collaborations, and driving sustainable business opportunities.

With extensive experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and business development, he has played active roles in the development of leadership frameworks, youth empowerment programmes, workforce development initiatives, institutional capacity-building projects, and community development interventions.

He is passionate about raising transformational leaders, promoting entrepreneurship, strengthening organizations, and advancing nation-building through education, mentorship, leadership development, and human capital investment.
